If you're using the bottle for the first time, haven’t used the pump in a while, or if dried product is blocking the nozzle, simply keep pumping — it will start flowing.

Oh no! If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at hello@mintyoralcare.com within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order confirmation number and photos of the issue, and we’ll verify if you're eligible for a replacement.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For any other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using an insured or registered postal service, as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
